  28.     It's a "talk but not listen" situation, which is described at length
  29. in the release notes. In short, your machine's configuration is in need of
  30. adjustment. Please get the MS*.BWR and MS*.UPD text files from dir kermit/a
  31. on kermit.columbia.edu. Don't let the machine win the war just because it's
  32. won this particular battle.
